What Ardent does, and what it does not
Ardent helps communities share information so that more people see it. That is all it does. We do not send police, fire or ambulance, we do not investigate, and we cannot pass a report to an agency on your behalf.
If you need someone to come, call the number above. Filling in a form here instead will cost you time you may not have.
If someone is missing
Report it to the police straight away. There is no waiting period, and reporting early makes a real difference. Ask for the case reference number and keep it safe.
If you believe a child has been abducted, tell the police immediately and ask about AMBER Alert Ghana. It is the official alert system and it reaches millions of people.
If you have found a hazard
For a flooded road, a collapsing wall, an open drain or anything similar that is not an immediate emergency, contact NADMO or your district assembly. If anyone is in danger right now, call 112.

These are the organisations that can actually act. Where one of them already does the job, we point you to them rather than getting in the way.
AMBER Alert Ghana
The Ghana Police Service runs AMBER Alert Ghana together with Meta, for children who have been abducted. Alerts reach people on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. If you believe a child has been abducted, report it to the police. This is the official channel and it reaches far more people than we can.
Ghana Police Service, missing persons
The police are the only body that can investigate a missing person, and they publish cases themselves. You do not have to wait. Report as soon as you believe someone is missing.
NADMO, National Disaster Management Organisation
Handles floods, storms, collapsed buildings and other disasters. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112 first.

Every number on this page was taken from the agency’s own website. We do not list a number we cannot confirm, even a well known one, because a number that does not connect costs you time when you have none.
