No. The 7% total fee is the only charge. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs. What you see is what you get.
The 2% payment processing fee covers the costs of securely processing payments through our payment partners (Paystack, Hubtel), as well as the costs of processing withdrawal payouts to your bank account.
Yes. You can request a withdrawal at any time from your dashboard. The available balance shown is already net of fees, so the amount you see is exactly what you can withdraw. Withdrawals are processed after admin review.
No. Donors pay exactly the amount they choose to donate. Fees are deducted from the campaign side, not added to the donation amount.
Yes. The same 7% fee structure applies to all fundraising and hybrid campaigns. Petition-only campaigns have no fees since they do not collect donations.
Fee rates are configured by the platform administrators and may be adjusted. Any changes will be communicated in advance. The fee rate at the time of each donation is locked in for that transaction.
